Get feedback from across the table.

Some things don't fit in a template. In a focused 1:1, we'll work through your specific situation and leave you with clear, concrete next steps. Depending on what you need, that might mean:

  • A deck review: slide by slide, from an investor's eye. What's working, what's raising questions, what's quietly costing you the meeting.

  • A target-list sanity check: are you approaching the right funds, at the right stage, in the right order.

  • A read on where you stand: is your round fundable now, and if not, what specifically has to change.

  • Narrative and positioning: how your story lands with someone hearing it cold, and where it loses them.

  • Valuation and terms: what's reasonable to ask for, and what to push back on.

You'll leave knowing exactly what to fix before you spend another month in the process.

One-to-one with someone who spent years on the other side of the table, deciding which rounds got funded.

Who we are

Who we are

Well, it’s just me – Henrik πŸ‘‹

I've spent years on the investor side of the table: venture capital, angel investing, and working closely with early-stage founders through their first rounds. I've sat in the meetings where the decision actually gets made, evaluated thousands of pitches, and watched why some rounds close and others quietly stall.

thePlaybook is that view, written down. The frameworks, the judgment calls, and the things investors think but rarely say out loud.

The goal is simple: help you walk into the room knowing what's actually being tested - and how to pass.
